Four clear steps from first conversation to launched site — no surprises, no runaround, no waiting weeks to hear back.
Most sites are ready for your first review within 1–2 weeks of our kickoff call. The full timeline depends on how quickly we get your content and how many revision rounds we need — but 3 weeks start to live is typical.
Ideally: your logo (or I can point you to someone who does logos), a few photos of your business or work, and a general idea of what pages you need. I'll handle the writing, layout, and all the technical setup. No photos? Stock photography works fine too.
You won't need to — that's the whole point. Text me or email me and I'll handle it, usually same day. Most clients find this way easier than wrestling with a WordPress dashboard. If you ever want full ownership of the code, I hand everything over, no strings attached.
For straightforward product listings and a buy button (Stripe, Square), yes. For complex inventory management or a 500-SKU store, I'll point you toward Shopify and help you set it up. I'd rather be honest than charge you for something I'm not the right fit for.
I stay on call. Content updates, new service pages, seasonal changes, broken links — just reach out and I'll take care of it. Small changes are included in the monthly plan. Bigger additions are quoted per project, always upfront with no surprises.
You absolutely can — but you'll be fighting slow load times, a mediocre PageSpeed score, generic designs, and monthly fees forever. A hand-coded site loads in under a second, scores 100/100 on Google, looks completely unique, and you own it outright. For a serious business, it's the better long-term investment.
